Welcome to 4th quarter—state testing season is officially upon us! Now is a great time to focus our intentions on helping our students give their best efforts. Arizona made significant changes to its state testing this year by raising the bar academically and moving to the ACT test (college prep) to measure student achievement and our students have prepared through the first three quarters of instruction in addition to our tutoring programs. Help your students by making sure they are getting a good night’s rest before the tests and in putting them in the best possible situation with good nutrition and hydration!

Technology
San Tan Charter utilizes student laptops at the Power Campus. Each student needs a laptop to access school testing, classroom curriculum and more. Parents have the option of leasing technology from the school or supplying your own technology from a list of approved devices is on the Parent Portal page. Please be reminded there is a $250 annual lease fee for the school’s technology and a $50 annual donation for registering your family’s personal device. You can review the terms of our technology agreement here.
