Hello Power Campus!
Today was a big day with both the Recker and Power Campuses having our 5-year Cognia re-accreditation review. Cognia is a global accreditation process that focuses on continuous school improvement, and we have been working all year to analyze multiple years-worth of information on student achievement, student and parent surveys, and more. I look forward to sharing with everyone our review results and next steps in moving our school forward. The good news is that, YES, we have been re-accredited.
On the athletics front, join us Friday Night in the Nest for our basketball senior night with the elementary school cheerleaders doing a special halftime performance with our cheer team, and of course the annual recognition of players and families. Join us after the game for an autograph session with our senior players. It will be a night to be remembered before our varsity teams move on to compete in regional tournament basketball action.
Enrollment Information
Enrollment is moving quickly for the 2023-24 school year! FIRST PRIORITY for selecting 2023-24 electives, will be given to families who enroll on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to complete your enrollment quickly.
REMINDER: This year all students can be re-enrolled online.
While phone apps are convenient for most things – we recommend using a computer to complete your re-enrollment at San Tan Charter.

Science Fair Volunteers
- We Need Your Help! The Science Fair is almost upon us and we have over 200 projects going into this year’s fair. San Tan Charter is in need of 60+ volunteers to help judge our projects. No experience necessary. Judging takes place on February 1st, from 4 to 5pm. The fair will open to the public at 5pm. Awards will be given on Friday the 4th at the STEM Festival.

Honk! Tickets
Our STCS Performing Arts students are excited for the upcoming performances! Tickets are selling quickly for our winter theater production of, Honk! San Tan Charter is well on its way of reaching our goal of $100,000.00. To continue with this gracious giving, please read below as there is still time to donate.

- Junior High and High School Culinary Arts: Restaurant quality cutlery, pots/pans, additional shelving, and supplies for the classroom
- Full-Day Kindergarten Scholarship
- Funding for the Library/Media Space
- Health Care Supplies
- Playground Equipment
In addition, our Montessori Preschool School gives out around $45,000.00 a year in scholarship to those families in need, we are able to offer these scholarships because of the Arizona School tax credit program. The best part is whatever you contribute, you will receive dollar for dollar back on your state taxes. So, if you give $100, you can deduct that $100 off what you owe in taxes. You do not have to have a child at the school to pledge, you must only be an AZ State resident paying AZ State taxes.
