Hello Power Campus!

Welcome to the last week of school.

It is FINALS week with 8^th and 12^th grade graduations being held on campus on Wednesday and this Thursday is the last day of school (Half Day “A” Day). We have fun activities planned for the students, including a yearbook signing activity and JH houses meeting for a final time this school year. Please let this also serve as a reminder that San Tan Charter is a low-sugar and nut-free campus, so please keep that in mind for these last few celebratory days.

Technology & School Property Return (including sports uniforms)

All technology and school property are to be turned into the school by tomorrow, May 19. Laptop check-ins will occur in the Student Union from 8:30am-11:30am. Be sure to have students bring their laptop chargers and cases with their computers, per the technology agreement. As a reminder, final grades will not be posted and diplomas will not be issued until all items are returned to the school or paid for, including athletics uniforms.

Musical Theatre Summer Camp

Musical Theatre
Instructor: Mrs. Jorie McQuaid
Grades: 7-12

This camp will offer a hands-on experience to improve skills in acting, singing and musical theatre style dance. Each day in camp will feature fun, educational workshops in stage presence, improvisation, character development, proper singing techniques, musical theatre dance, auditioning, the rehearsal process and more! The camp will culminate with a special musical showcase performance with fully staged musical numbers from Broadway productions and films.

Cost: $250 (includes instruction, camp t-shirt, educational materials, scripts and music)

Dates: Monday-Friday June 7^th – June 17^th (9:00AM-12:00PM)

*Please note week 2 ends on Thursday, with the final showcase on Friday

Final Showcase Performance: June 18^th, 7:00PM (call time 6:00PM)

Location: STCS Power Campus
Maximum Class Size: 20 Students
Minimum Class Size: 10 Students

Our EOY conferences will be on May 28^th and 29^th this year. Families can choose between virtual or in-person conferences. Please choose a day, time and conference type that works best for you and your family. Please be sure to let your teacher know if you will be attending virtually or in-person.
