Hello Power Campus!
We are just weeks away from our first day of school! Get ready to kick off the new year by taking part in our back to school events, including our Fall Sports Information night this Thursday, our Meet and Greet activity (sign-up required) at Main Event on Tuesday, July 18, and our Open House next Thursday, July 20.
The first day of school is Tuesday, July 25!
Lunch Options
Both our Recker and Power Campuses partner with My Hot Lunchbox for a hot lunch option for kids. In addition to My Hot Lunchbox, families are welcome to bring food from home and use our microwaves in the student union or the school’s vending machines as lunch options. We are a low sugar and Nut Free Campus, so please plan accordingly.

Student Academic Expectations and Accountability
Everything related to school policy can be found in our student handbook. Please take the time to go over the handbook with your students. The handbook also includes our dress code policy.
Sports Sign Ups
Sports registration is officially open for the 2023-2024 school year! Reminder that all athletes are required to fill out and complete a sports physical in order to participate in their sport.
Please keep in mind student-athletes will only be able to practice and compete in games once complete registration and payment has been made. Student-athletes cannot participate in practice or games if their sports physical is not completed, so it is imperative to complete the physical exam prior to the team’s first practice!
The STCS Athletic Department will be hosting a Fall Sports Information Night on Thursday, July 13th at 5:30pm in the Power Green Gym. This will provide our families the opportunity to meet our fall coaches and ask any questions they may have regarding our fall sports.

FALL SPORTS INFORMATION NIGHT: Meet your fall sports coaches and hear from Athletic Director Kristofer Sippel, Jr., on July 13 at the Power Campus Main Gym starting at 5:30pm
MAIN EVENT MEET AND GREET: 3pm – 6pm, join us for a meet and greet event at Main Event, located at 1735 S. Santan Village Parkway in Gilbert. Click here to sign-up: Power Main Event Meet & Greet
OPEN HOUSE: On July 20 from 3pm-8pm, walk your student’s class schedule, pick-up your pre-ordered school supplies, and meet your teachers at the Power Campus Open House. Scheduled times for Open House is as follows, with a welcome presentation at the top of the hour in the student union.

Open House Teacher Dinner Donations
We are having our Open House night on Thursday, July 20th and would greatly appreciate donations for dinner. Our teachers and staff will be here all day and night and love your kindness and amazing dinners! The theme this time around is “Picnic”. Please help us in providing some meals and desserts that may not require the use of an oven and delivered by Thursday, July 20th at 3:00 to the Power Campus Front Office.

23/24 School Supplies
If you pre-ordered your school supplies through the Gifted Program, your items will be delivered and available at our Open House. If you did not pre-order your school supplies, find the Power Campus Supply List here.
Class Schedules
Student class schedules will be able to access their class schedules in 3 different ways:
- Main Event Meet and Greet – Schedules will be printed and available at Main Event.
- Open House – Schedules will be printed and available at Open House. Open house will have 4 different sessions where families can come down, walk the campus and meet their teachers. Students will also have the option to change their schedule, if needed.
- Sessions; 3:00-4:00, 4:00-5:00; 6:00-7:00; 7:00-8:00. Note: we will be closed from 5:00 to 6:00pm for teacher dinner.
- Infinite Campus – Schedules will be viewable in Infinite Campus

Schedule Changes
Students are welcome to change their schedules ONLY within the first 10 days of school. Schedule changes will be available at school, Main Event Socials, and Open House.
