Hello Power Campus!
San Tan is back on campus with teachers making our final preparations for the start of school! As we get ready for the new year, we are having great conversations on the best way to bring together technology and our personalized “San Tan” experience to make connections with students. I am excited to see how it all comes together and look forward to getting started.
Start of School
The official start date of school is July 30 with Home-Based instruction for all students.
On Friday, July 17, families should have received the Power Campus Home-Based and Hybrid Learning Plan. That email and document references our guidelines we will be following with Home-Based learning until students are cleared to return to school for in-person learning.
As we move closer to the start of school families will receive information on how to join and start their classes.
Student Schedules
Student schedules are being processed and will be released to families by July 27. You will receive a separate communication from the school on how student schedules will be accessed and distributed.
Open House
San Tan will host a virtual Open House on Tuesday, July 28! Families will have both an afternoon and evening opportunity to attend their children’s classes for a live meet and greet with teacher(s) on Google Meet. The Open House will follow a modified bell schedule where families will be able to attend each “classroom” virtually. Families will receive a separate email from the school with a Google Meet “invite” to attend each of their Open House classrooms.

High School Students
We have opened another day to come and pick up/drop off a laptop for the school year. Please schedule a time to pick-up Leased Laptops or Register your Approved Devices.
Junior High Students
Remember, our JH students do not have a 1:1 technology requirement so families are free to use any technology available for your students during Home-Based instruction. If you do not have access to technology and need to request a device, please click here.
Athletics
This year we are moving our sports registration online with Register My Athlete. Nicole Tatum will be reaching out to families regarding the start of athletics and the registering of athletes.
